Ingredients
- Meatloaf
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, large, grated
- 3 eggs
- 2 ounces saltine crackers, crushed (1 sleeve)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
How to Make

Step 1: Mix together meatloaf ingredients, don't mix too long.

Step 2: Shape into 2 small loaves or 1 big one.

Step 3: Mix together the ketchup, mustard and brown sugar, pour on top of meatloaf.

Step 4: Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes until done.
