Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

Using clean hands mix until well combined.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 4

Shape in about 1 1/2-inch balls (or as large as you want).

Step 5

At this point you can freeze the meatballs or use right away.

Step 6

Drop into simmering sauce, or bake on a greased baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked though.

These meatballs are the bomb!!! We had them in sub rolls with sauce and they were eaten with vengeance! I recommend you all try them and quick too. You won't be sorry you did.
