  • 4 white bread slices, crumbled (just use plain sandwich bread)
  • 1/3 cup low-fat milk (1% or 2%)
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 8 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons salt (seasoned salt preferably)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all ingredients in a bowl.

  • Step 2: Using clean hands mix until well combined.

  • Step 5: At this point you can freeze the meatballs or use right away.

  • Step 6: Drop into simmering sauce, or bake on a greased baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked though.
