Step 1: Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2: Using clean hands mix until well combined.
Step 3: Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Step 4: Shape in about 1 1/2-inch balls (or as large as you want).
Step 5: At this point you can freeze the meatballs or use right away.
Step 6: Drop into simmering sauce, or bake on a greased baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked though.
