"Easy, easy, easy and so delicious! A little number I put together for my meatball loving son, you don't have to flavor the ground beef at all (you can if you want though), just shape them into tiny balls and flavor while in the skillet. This dish has little prep and cooking time work but is huge on taste! If you like, add in some fresh sliced mushrooms also while cooking the onions. This does not make a huge amount, it will 4 small appetites or 3 medium or 2 large. To save even more time, shape the ground beef into small meatballs a day ahead or early in the day."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in tiny meatballs, sprinkle with garlic powder, a little seasoned salt and lots of pepper. Using a spatula turning often, brown balls VERY WELL on all sides. The last few minutes of cooking add in the onion and garlic, continue cooking a few minutes more.
Step 2
Add in 2 tablespoons of flour; mix and blend a little. Add in beef broth, stirring over heat until at a light boil. Cook until thickened. Mix in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Continue simmering (uncovered) for about 20-25 minutes. Season with more pepper if needed.
Step 3
Divide the mixture over noodles. Dust with some Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
