Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in tiny meatballs, sprinkle with garlic powder, a little seasoned salt and lots of pepper. Using a spatula turning often, brown balls VERY WELL on all sides. The last few minutes of cooking add in the onion and garlic, continue cooking a few minutes more.
Step 2: Add in 2 tablespoons of flour; mix and blend a little. Add in beef broth, stirring over heat until at a light boil. Cook until thickened. Mix in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Continue simmering (uncovered) for about 20-25 minutes. Season with more pepper if needed.
Step 3: Divide the mixture over noodles. Dust with some Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
