"I absolutely love this and lately I have been making it once a day, this makes the most beautiful purple color because of the wild blueberries and the beet and you can't even taste either of them.. Super healthy and no bad fats. I use Progressive vegan protein powder you can use what ever kind you like or leave it out. This makes a ton you save half for later if you or drink it all at one time."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add the first 7 ingredients in a blender; blend until fairly smooth or until you have the space to add the spinch or kale (if you have a very large blender then you most likely have room to add everything at one time).

Step 2

Add in the spinach or kale leaves and water if needed (I always add in the water or it's very thick) continue blending until very smooth.

Step 3

Sweeten with Stevia if desired.
