Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat soy beverage
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • Protein powder (use as much as you want, optional, I always add it in)
  • 2 large celery stalks, chopped (I peel the strings off the stalks)
  • 1 large whole fresh beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 whole large lemon (juice of 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (natural organic)
  • 2 to 3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves (firmly packed or fresh kale leaves)
  • Water (as needed to thin)
  • Stevia (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add the first 7 ingredients in a blender; blend until fairly smooth or until you have the space to add the spinch or kale (if you have a very large blender then you most likely have room to add everything at one time).

  • Step 2: Add in the spinach or kale leaves and water if needed (I always add in the water or it's very thick) continue blending until very smooth.

  • Step 3: Sweeten with Stevia if desired.
