Step 1

Rinse kale and shake dry, leaving some water clinging.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat heat the olive and sesame oils. Add kale; season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook tossing occasionally until tender (5-10 minutes).

This recipe was well enjoyed as a side to our fish. I love the simplicity and ease of making this dish. I followed the recipe as stated, except that I added additional sesame oil to the end product to bring out the flavor of the oil. Thank you ellie for sharing! Made it for Billboard Tag.

I am not able to get Tuscan kale here, just the curly. The flavour for us is delightful! Did add a sprinkling of sesame seeds to serve. Thanks for sharing another keeper Ellie! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

This is the first recipe of kale that I can say I have enjoyed I think it was the sesame oil that one me over though I still find the vegetable a bit bitter but with the rich main I had with it, it worked well together, thank you ellie made for Pick Me tag game under the 48 hour rule.
