Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, using your clean hands, combine the beef, pork, onion, green pepper and garlic. Mix enough to blend, then mix in all the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Form the mixture into 3-ounce balls, slightly larger than a golf ball. Place the balls on a greased cookie sheet with a rim.
Step 4
Bake 35-40 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees. Rotate the cookie sheet in the oven after 10-12 minutes of cooking.
