Julie's Spinach Dip
"We always serve this dip as part of our Christmas Eve buffet. I love this flavor of this dip, and I especially like the crunch of the water chestnuts. You can serve it in a sour-dough bread bowl, although I usually just serve it in a bowl. I think it's easier for everyone to get to the bottom that way. Serve on Baguette Toast, under my recipes. Prep time doesn't include chilling time. Adapted from Knorr recipe."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Thaw and drain spinach, then squeeze out remaining water with your hands.
Step 2
Combine ingredients and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Step 3
Since I don't use the bread bowl, I refrigerate the dip in a 2 part colander bowl so the extra juice runs out. Then I transfer it to a pretty serving bowl for the party.
