Step 1: Thaw and drain spinach, then squeeze out remaining water with your hands.
Step 2: Combine ingredients and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Step 3: Since I don't use the bread bowl, I refrigerate the dip in a 2 part colander bowl so the extra juice runs out. Then I transfer it to a pretty serving bowl for the party.
