"I came up with this for a wedding Saturday, and all the guests loved it. Stir the dressing into the pasta immediately after draining. Best made ahead."

Step 1

Add salt to water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and fully cook. (Al dente isn't enough.)

Step 2

Meanwhile, combine dressing ingredients in food processor or blender. Add to pasta immediately after draining.

Step 3

Wait until pasta has cooled before adding remaining ingredients.

Step 4

For the wedding, I made double batches, stored in 2 gallon jumbo ziplock bags, pressed flat and stacked up in the fridge. Makes it easy to transfer to icechest for transport.
