Step 1: Add salt to water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and fully cook. (Al dente isn't enough.)
Step 2: Meanwhile, combine dressing ingredients in food processor or blender. Add to pasta immediately after draining.
Step 3: Wait until pasta has cooled before adding remaining ingredients.
Step 4: For the wedding, I made double batches, stored in 2 gallon jumbo ziplock bags, pressed flat and stacked up in the fridge. Makes it easy to transfer to icechest for transport.
