Step by Step Method

Step 1

In shallow wide bowl mix egg and milk.

Step 2

In another shallow wide bowl mix flour, salt and pepper.j

Step 3

Dredge turkey meat in egg then flour mixture.

Step 4

Fry in oil until browned.

Step 5

In saucepan heat butter and cream.

Step 6

Remove from heat, add cheese, stir.

Step 7

Mix noodles in sauce.

Step 8

On dinner plate, put broccoli then top with turkey and sauce.

Daily Inspiration

I apologize that I had to make a few changes to the recipe, but I hope I still captured the spirit of the dish. I used chicken breasts as I didn't have turkey and I used panko bread crumbs vs. the flour. I made the fettuccini and the sauce; however, I increased the cream to 1 cup due to the amount of parmesan and butter. I made the broccoli, but I served it on the side. The chicken turned out nice a crisp and the fettuccini was a nice addition.
