Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a large, non-stick frypan over a medium heat and add the pork and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through and then drain on absorbent kitchen paper and then cut each in half.

Step 2

Meanwhile, make tonkatsu mayo - pour dressing sachet from coleslaw kit into a jug and add the barbecue sauce and mayonnaise and whisk until combined.

Step 3

Toss two cups of the slaw and the crispy onion sachet from the kit in a medium bowl with coriander (Reserve remaining slaw for another use.

Step 4

To serve, spread base of rolls with half the tonkatsu sauce and top with pork and slaw and drizzle with remaining tonkatsu sauce and replace tops of the rolls.
