Made EXACTLY as directed. At first I thought, "boy, this makes a lot," but after we had grilled chicken with this seasoning, I wish I had more! It's EXCELLENT. I used this spice mix on drumsticks and thighs and got rave reviews from the whole family and they're fighting over who gets the leftovers for lunch tomorrow (there aren't many leftovers). Also, was a fun project for my daughter, for her first day of summer break -- she measured all of the spices and arranged them for the photo I posted to this recipe. I highly recommend -- and will most definitely be making this again!
