Step 1

Mix together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic salt; set aside.

Step 2

Mix together the remaining ingredients and form into 4 patties.

Step 3

Grill or cook in a skillet on stovetop until cooked through and no longer pink.

Step 4

Place the patties on the bottom bun.

Step 5

Add desired toppings atop the patties.

Step 6

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top bun and place on your topped patties.

Step 7

Enjoy.

Yummy!!! The seasonings on the burger were delicious, I forgot to add the egg. :( Upss. Intead of pickle jalapeños I used fresh roasted ones (from my plant). All very flavorful.

The topper sauce is the best! The burger is the best! I love burgers and I will rate this one in my top 10. Instead of a bun I used a flat bread. The burger was peppy, tasty and not overwhelming. Thanks Bea for a super Saturday night burger.

I found a fabulous new burger to add to my rotation tonight when I made these for dinner. The sauce really makes it taste extra good! Loved the spiciness of it on the burgers. This is one burger I will be having often. Thank you for sharing it with us Bea! Linda
