"Now a lot of the recipes don't have cheese, and some folks add chili powder to the ground beef. This was end of the month cooking, so it was lean. lol You can use whatever noodle you have left over and it can be top of the stove dish ready."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and drain.
Step 3
Mix in tomato soup and water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add noodles and cook for 10 minutes covered, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Mix in the two cans of corn.
Step 6
Put half of mixture in a 2 qt casserole dish and cover with 1/2 cup of cheese.
Step 7
Put remaining noodle mixture in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
Step 8
Cook at 350 degrees, covered, for 25 minutes.
Step 9
Uncover and cook another 5 minutes until cheese is melty.
