Step 1

Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a wok or large skillet.

Step 2

Season the meat with salt and pepper and add to skillet along with the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, garlic, rosemary and paprika.

Step 3

Cook until meat is no longer pink and stir in the mustard.

Step 4

I made this for my DH on Thursday before I left for my bowling league. I used chipped rib-eye steak, which is what we typically use for gourmet Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. I knew as soon as I saw the ingredients that it would be a winner. I used a whole grain honey mustard. I served it to DH on an onion roll and he gave it 5 thumbs up. I also tasted it out of the skillet and it was flavors that I would describe as comfort food! Made for Billboard tag.
