Step 1: Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a wok or large skillet.
Step 2: Season the meat with salt and pepper and add to skillet along with the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, garlic, rosemary and paprika.
Step 3: Cook until meat is no longer pink and stir in the mustard.
Step 4: Serve with a side of rice.
