  • 8 ounces beef flank (steak, thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 whole onion, sliced
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon old fashioned grainy mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a wok or large skillet.

  • Step 2: Season the meat with salt and pepper and add to skillet along with the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, garlic, rosemary and paprika.

  • Step 3: Cook until meat is no longer pink and stir in the mustard.

  • Step 4: Serve with a side of rice.
