Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl, crumble the ground beef and sausage meat breaking sausage up into small pieces. Add breadcrumbs, spinach eggs, garlic, salt, pepper parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix with your hands until well blended.
Step 3
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Step 4
Place meatballs in single layers on two greased jelly-roll pans not allowing them to touch.
Step 5
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
Step 6
Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cool and freeze.
