Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the pasta with all the salad ingredients.

Step 2

In a bowl combine all the dressing ingredients; pour over the salad ingredients and mix well. Add more salt and pepper. Toss together and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

Step 3

Before serving, if to dry mix in more Italian dressing.

I used feta and kalamatas in this, lots more mushrooms and a high ratio of vinegar in the dressing and it was really good!
