Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces dry shell pasta (small shell, cooked and drained)
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small sliced (4 ounce) red onion
  • 10 ounces tomatoes (1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved)
  • 4.4 ounces mushrooms (1 cup small whole canned mushrooms)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pepperoni
  • 1 can (2.25 ounce) sliced black olives, drained
  • Mozzarella cheese (diced or shredded)
  • DRESSING
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Italian salad dressing (1 cup or more and more if needed after chilling)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the pasta with all the salad ingredients.

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine all the dressing ingredients; pour over the salad ingredients and mix well. Add more salt and pepper. Toss together and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

  • Step 3: Before serving, if to dry mix in more Italian dressing.
