This is REALLY GOOD. I didn't know what to think when I added the cumin, but it was what made this uniquely delicious. I followed exactly as written and I will definitely make this again. My son, who will eat Italian dressing/vinaigrettes but is a true son of Nebraska and typically prefers Dorothy Lynch or Ranch, RAVED about this dressing and ate more of the salad than I did. If you've ever had the Southwest Ranch dressing at Runza (American Midwest Fast Food Chain), this tastes a bit like that except it isn't creamy. Anyways, this is awesome.

Wonderful flavours in this dressing. We really enjoyed the cumin and the kick from the pepper flakes. We did find that it was a wee bit too acidic for us, but a drizzle of honey evened it out beautifully. Thanks for sharing Mike! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

I used this dressing for pasta salad, I left out the chili flakes and added in some garlic salt, it really made for a wonderful tasting salad and I'm thinking the chili powder may have been the reason for that. I plan on using it again because it was enjoyed with Teresa's grilled chicken (21469) thank you
