Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Salt and pepper both sides of cube steaks.
Step 3
Put oil in oven proof medium hot skillet, add cube steaks and cook until brown about 4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Mix the tomato sauce with the basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion, and mushrooms.
Step 5
Pour over cube steaks and put in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Top with the mozzarella, and then the parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Return to oven until melted, about 5 minutes.
Step 8
Serve over pasta of choice.
