Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown beef in large skillet coated with spray over medium heat.
Step 2
Add pepper and onions and saute until vegetables are soft.
Step 3
Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, chili powder, celery salt and pepper.
Step 4
Reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes, stirring often.
Step 5
Stir in pineapple chunks and bitters and heat through.
