Step 1: Brown beef in large skillet coated with spray over medium heat.
Step 2: Add pepper and onions and saute until vegetables are soft.
Step 3: Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, chili powder, celery salt and pepper.
Step 4: Reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes, stirring often.
Step 5: Stir in pineapple chunks and bitters and heat through.
