These are perfect for a weeknight on how easy they go together with the added plus of being flavorful! Followed as written, except that in addition to the dry basil, I also added fresh chopped basil - to save its last leg. I also baked them free-form (shaping into miniature meatloaves) on a Pyrex 9 x13" pan. These hit all the comfort zone marks, making our weeknight "just right". Thank you, Patti, for sharing. Made them for Billboard tag.

Very good turkey loaves - I made these in individual bread pans - so got 4 loaves which was great for the three of us plus one for the freezer. Served these loaves with sweet potatoes and apples. Great dinner! Thanks for sharing!

I love meatloaf and these little mini loaves were perfect for me! I ate one meal, then froze them in individual servings to have at another time. The sauce is delicious and it made the meatloaf delicious! Thank you for sharing this great little gem Patti! Linda

I would give this more than 5 stars. The texture taste and everything about these little beauties is A+ - we loved them. The Piquant sauce is a must and makes the loaves very special. I only made 3/4 pound into 4 loaves. Instead of canned tomatoes I had extra fresh ones on hand so I used 1 1/2 large tomatoes, chopped. I baked them in individual large muffin tins. Baked 25 minutes at 425F. This will be a regular in this house.

I liked them with turkey, but I would love them even more with ground beef. Something about the turkey being better for you, makes me want to gravitate toward the beef even more! The sauce was delicious and cooking them in muffin tins really does help with portion control, so that's what I did, which is what we need this time of year with less exercise and outside activity. I made Cauliflower mashed potatoes and glazed carrots for a most enjoyable supper!

These are tasty mini meat loaves I really enjoyed. I put the piquante sauce on the loaves before baking them so the sauce cooked nicely onto the loaves. A repeat recipe for sure. Thanks for sharing your recipe here with us.
