Deelish! I had frozen corn and not canned, but it worked out great! For personal taste, I doubled the garlic and the curry powder. And let the corn get a little bit toasty. So, so GOOD! Although I made enough for 4, the both of us wolfed the whole thing down. Guilty pleasure. Thanks for sharing this keeper!
