Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the eggs length wise, take out yolk and mash with the ham butter salt pepper and parsley.
Step 2
Put egg white back in, and put two halves back together.
Step 3
Roll in flour, roll in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
Step 4
Drop in hot oil, fry until golden.
