  • 6 large eggs (hard boiled)
  • FILLING
  • 1 tablespoon ham, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • BREADING
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the eggs length wise, take out yolk and mash with the ham butter salt pepper and parsley.

  • Step 2: Put egg white back in, and put two halves back together.

  • Step 3: Roll in flour, roll in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.

  • Step 4: Drop in hot oil, fry until golden.
