Step by Step Method

Step 1

Dough

Blend all ingredients in a mixer

Form into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour

Filling

Sauté mushrooms and onion in margarine or butter

When cooked, add sour cream, thyme and salt

Roll dough out to .25 inch thickness

Cut 8n 3 inch circles

Fill with 1 teaspoon filling which has been drained slightly

Brush edges with egg, fold and seal by pressing edge with a fork

Step 11

Pierce top in 2-3 places and Brush with egg

Step 12

Bake at 400° F for 10- 20 minutes
