Very gentle and soothing, without any whisky burn. Perfect for a sore throat libation. Make for Billboard Tag.

I loved this lovely drink, it was so satisfying. Hot and comforting. Just what was needed after being out in the woods. Thanks so much for sharing ellie. I will enjoy this often. It was light, flavorful and perfectly spiced. The alcohol blended in beautifully. I used Jack Daniels - Tennessee Honey Made FYC tag game.

Felt so cozy and warm while drinking this toddie. I used apple cider in place of apple juice because that’s what I had on hand and used Fireball cinnamon whiskey. I can see it helping us out if we fall sickly this winter and it goes down the gullet so nice, smooth, and comforting. Regardless, it is a tasty toddie that I would make sick or not. Thank you, ellie, for sharing.

My grandmother used to make a similar drink when she had a cold (she made the plain version for me). She used to say "it might not cure a cold, but after a couple you didn't give a damn. " Very tasty and warming. I used some Crown Royal Maple whiskey, which worked great,

Oh, baby - this is GOOD! I don't have a cold or a flu, but this just sounded good on a relatively cool and rainy Costa Rican evening. I just made a single serving, but while the juice was in the microwave I thought a stick of cinnamon would be great in this. But when I went to get the bottle of Jack Daniels, I saw my little bottle of Jim Beam Fire (cinnamon whiskey)and knew this would be perfect. It was! If you choose to go this route, just be sure to reduce the honey, because the Fire is already somewhat sweet. Thanks for posting this delicious toddie!
