Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix meatball mixture and put in fridge overnight.
Step 2
Next day, form meatballs.
Step 3
Heat bacon grease in stock pot and add meatballs and brown.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in heavily salted boiling water until al dente and drain.
Step 5
When meatballs are browned add tomato sauce and juice.
Step 6
Rinse out cans with 1/2 cup pasta water, don't burn yourself.
Step 7
Simmer with drained spaghetti until tight.
Step 8
Season to taste.
