Step 1: Mix meatball mixture and put in fridge overnight.
Step 2: Next day, form meatballs.
Step 3: Heat bacon grease in stock pot and add meatballs and brown.
Step 4: Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in heavily salted boiling water until al dente and drain.
Step 5: When meatballs are browned add tomato sauce and juice.
Step 6: Rinse out cans with 1/2 cup pasta water, don't burn yourself.
Step 7: Simmer with drained spaghetti until tight.
Step 8: Season to taste.
