"A good marinade for chicken or pork. if using on fish, do not marinate more than 15 minutes, or acids in mixture will start to "cook" the fish and make it tough. NOTE: White cider vinegar or rice vinegar can be substituted for the wine vinegar."

Quick and easy to put together and added nice flavour to our bone in skin on chicken thighs which we enjoyed with some fried rice, I oven roasted them at 175C fan force for 45 minutes and the result was moist flavoursome chicken, thank you Mikekey made for What's on the Menu tag game at http://4foodfriendsandfun.yuku.com/

I used this to marinate chicken breast for 4 hours then grilled them until cooked through. Both DH and I really enjoyed the flavour this marinade offered to the chicken. This will see to many repeats.
