Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F. Line roasting tray with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray and lay sweet potatoes in a single layer.
Step 2
Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
Step 4
Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with additional olive oil. Serve immediately
