"This is so easy to make and then just let the chicken sit in the marinade for a few hours and bake."
Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.
Place chicken in a large, heavy-duty, resealable plastic bag.
Add all marinade and seal bag.
Turn bag several times tp coat chicken evenly with marinade.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Coat a 9x13 baking pan or casserole dish with cooking spray (or line with foil)
Arrange chicken pieces in pan and pour marinade over chicken; making sure pieces are not overlapping.
Scatter lemon slices over top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned on top.
