Step 1: Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.
Step 2: Place chicken in a large, heavy-duty, resealable plastic bag.
Step 3: Add all marinade and seal bag.
Step 4: Turn bag several times tp coat chicken evenly with marinade.
Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 6: Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 7: Coat a 9x13 baking pan or casserole dish with cooking spray (or line with foil)
Step 8: Arrange chicken pieces in pan and pour marinade over chicken; making sure pieces are not overlapping.
Step 9: Scatter lemon slices over top.
Step 10: Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned on top.
