"This is such a great condiment to have on hand. Drizzled over pork, chicken, or vegetables; or, used as a glaze to roast or grill vegetables or meats. In salad dressings or sauces; and my favorite ... cocktails. It can be expensive to buy, yet so easy to make; and, it keeps for 6 months in the refrigerator. I keep mine in a small mason jar. It takes a bit of time, but absolutely NO work."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add everything to a medium pot and bring to medium heat, a light boil. Then, reduce to low heat and simmer 60-70 minutes until you end up with a very thick consistency. You should have approximately 1 cup.
Step 2
Let it set in the pot for 30-45 minutes until completely cooled. Then transfer to a small jar (I use a small mason jar), and refrigerate. It will keep up to 6 months.
Step 3
Stirred into selzer, lemonade, ginger ale; or alcohol based cocktails such as martinis are all delicious. Salad dressing are delicious, as is a simple drizzle over fresh grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables. ENJOY!
