Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add everything to a medium pot and bring to medium heat, a light boil. Then, reduce to low heat and simmer 60-70 minutes until you end up with a very thick consistency. You should have approximately 1 cup.

  • Step 2: Let it set in the pot for 30-45 minutes until completely cooled. Then transfer to a small jar (I use a small mason jar), and refrigerate. It will keep up to 6 months.

  • Step 3: Stirred into selzer, lemonade, ginger ale; or alcohol based cocktails such as martinis are all delicious. Salad dressing are delicious, as is a simple drizzle over fresh grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables. ENJOY!
