Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Butter a 1 qt baking dish.
Step 3
Toast the bread crumbs in a skillet with butter until golden brown. Whisk the eggs and milk together, mix in cheese if your using, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. The omelet will puff up significantly but will deflate a bit when you take it out of the oven.
Step 5
Sprinkle with the toasted breadcrumbs and parsley.
