"From our weekday newspaper The West Australian. Times are estimated. ZAZZ will not accept the ingredient of a 250 gram jar of wild hibiscus flowers in syrup available at most places that sell alcohol so this has been omitted from the list of ingredients but is essential to the recipe."

I know I say this a lot, but this is my favorite cocktail. Really! The hibiscus syrup is so tasty, and those little flowers taste like a raspberry strawberry. So good! I didn't go super heavy on the syrup, cuz there's precious little in the jar (mostly flowers), but it was great because the cocktail wasn't overly sweet. For the maraschino liqueur, I used Luxardo because it didn't specify. Delicious. I'll be making more... (The syrup was a bit hard to source, but Total Wine has it for $9.99/jar. Doesn't hold much)
