Step 1: Combine gin, Maraschino liqueur, vermouth, 40ml of the hibiscus syrup, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker with one scoop of ice.
Step 2: Fit the lid, then shake vigorously for one minute and then add three drops of orange bitters to each of two chilled martini glasses, then add a hibiscus flower to each (reserve remaining flowers in syrup for another use).
Step 3: Strain in the cocktail mixture and garnish with lime twist.
