Hibiscus Gin Flip

Ingredients
- 90 ml gin
- 30 ml Maraschino liqueur
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white, free range
- 5 ml orange bitters (6 drops specified)
- Lime twists, to garnish
How to Make

Step 1: Combine gin, Maraschino liqueur, vermouth, 40ml of the hibiscus syrup, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker with one scoop of ice.

Step 2: Fit the lid, then shake vigorously for one minute and then add three drops of orange bitters to each of two chilled martini glasses, then add a hibiscus flower to each (reserve remaining flowers in syrup for another use).

Step 3: Strain in the cocktail mixture and garnish with lime twist.
