Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°.

Delicious little potatoes - and just perfectly simple for everyday dinners! Like Teresa, I stirred them halfway through. We've made these twice now, and added a drizzle of truffle oil, which took them over the top good. Sorry I forgot the chopped parsley garnish on the pic. Thanks for sharing!

Yummers...they came out perfect...I did stir them half way through the cooking time to get both sides nice and crisp...love the flavor...made for "The Joy of Vegetables" tag game...
