Step by Step Method

Step 1

Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 2

Place steak cubes in a large, heavy-duty, resealable plastic bag.

Step 3

Add marinade and seal bag.

Step 4

Turn bag several times to coat steak evenly with marinade.

Step 5

Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (longer if possible).

Step 6

Preheat grill to high setting.

Step 7

Thread steak cubes onto skewers. Discard marinade.

Step 8

Place kebobs on a grill rack that has been lightly brushed with oil. Close lid.

Step 9

Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked to desired degree of doneness.

This is a great marinmade, easy to make with ingredients that come together to make for wonderful tasting kabobs. Next time I will add chunks of onion and green pepper to some of the skewers. Just because! Another lovecookn recipe that has been added to my marinade and summer grilling cookbooks.

This is full of yummy herbs...they really pop and blend well together...nothing was dominate and overpowering the tasty tender sirloin...I let it marinade for 1 hour...and it was perfect...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
