Step 3: Add marinade and seal bag.
Step 4: Turn bag several times to coat steak evenly with marinade.
Step 5: Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (longer if possible).
Step 6: Preheat grill to high setting.
Step 7: Thread steak cubes onto skewers. Discard marinade.
Step 8: Place kebobs on a grill rack that has been lightly brushed with oil. Close lid.
Step 9: Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked to desired degree of doneness.
