" These are so attractive and the herb adds flavour to the potato. I like using oregano but sage is good and so is rosemary. They look great on a buffet or on the individual plates. If you wish add a bit of butter when you are serving them. Your bake time depends on the size of your potatoes."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place a sprig of oregano on each cut potato
Step 2
Drizzle a teaspoon of lemon juice on each
Step 3
Wrap each tightly in foil
Step 4
Bake in 375f oven for 45 minutes then open the foil, leave the oregano in place. Return the potatoes to the oven for an additional 15 minutes allowing the potatoes to brown
Step 5
Serve leaving the oregano on the potato.
